In-Laws

Hi Friends ("FARTS"),

Hope you don't mind me referring to the acronym we made up -- I'm headed home from visiting my in-laws in CA. They're as sweet as can be but after staying with them for almost 2 weeks, I'm more than ready to come home!

Oh yes, Deb, I understand how your nights can be burdened with thoughts of your classroom. Give yourself a break -- you ARE going to be fine and after about 2 months or so, you'll get the hang of it. I'm sure it's got to be an uneasy feeling, not having been in the classroom for quite some time. I'd be willing to bet that you're going to like it and find that the staff and kids at East will make you feel like one of the family.

Okay, so I'm reading the 2nd book in the Twilight series. Lori, you're right--I'm hooked! Edward is intriguing!

Got to get back in the car now, ugh! only 395 miles to go!!

Can't wait until you get back! I hope you are almost home now. I don't leave until July 4th for some baseball in Sa Diego, so call me if you want to meet for tea/coffee.

El,

Thanks for blogging me! I think that's the right terminology. I'm back from CA. Want to meet for coffee Monday morning? I'll give you a call to check with you. We need to catch up!

Are you on Team Edward or Team Jacob???

I'm not sure yet; Edward hasn't come back into the picture yet in New Moon. I'm not quite half-way in the book, so for now I'm all in for Team Edward...Have you read all four books?

I read all four books in record time! Let me know as you continue what you think! The movie New Moon comes out in November. I can't wait!
