Shining Stars

I just wanted you all to know that Franklin staff recieved a letter from Mr. Murphy this week and it called Franklin Elementary a "shining star' in the district. Elaine and I warned everyone at school today that our experience of being a "shining star' put us out of a school. Somehow that phrase does not quite mean what it use to mean to us.....
good thing we know we are still shining stars, even though we are spread out a lot further than we planned!

Well now you are a shining star and are misspelling received....hmmmm....funny.

Been there, heard it before, and I think it is time he gets a new repetoire of compliments so the same ones don't get said over and over---so insincere and BS

Too bad someone has ruined his credibility, isn't it?

Congrats Franklin- I hate to ruin your status in the district but Mr. Murphy also came to Peabody and announced to the entire school and community that Peabody was the "shining star" of the district!!!

In my book you are all shining stars, but I haven't started writing it yet. If I ever get started, I've got a lot to say. But I probably better wait until I've retired

Thank you for sharing! I can promise you Mr. Murphy won't be calling on Ralph Moody and saying that we are the "shining star" of the district!
